The HMF 1810-K Series – high working speed and particularly well suited for fast grab work
The boom system for the HMF 1810-K is available with 15° over-bending between the main boom and the jib. Over-bending means the crane can lift maximum load in all boom positions, which increases the potential for lifting in high positions in narrow places. The HMF 1810-K is also equipped with a single Power Plus link arm system on the jib, which provides high lifting capacity, even when the boom system is fully extended. The crane has great strength which makes it well suited for loading and unloading tasks at a low height far away from the vehicle. HMF focuses heavily on crane safety and incorporates “safety first” in all crane functions, and when developing the CE-Safety System RCL 5300, HMF has acknowledged that safety has to co-operate with the user and help him during critical lifting tasks. The HMF 1810-K is also available with an extensive range of peripheral options which are for example extra valves with internal hose routing that do not increase the space requirements of the crane, even in case of a reach of 17.2 m (6 hydraulic extensions). The result is a complete package of thoroughly thought out solutions, a fast and safe workflow as well as a good and safe workplace. Furthermore the crane series has a range of different operation possibilities, which give the operator the possibility of selecting the solution that matches his individual needs. The radio remote control provides the operator with the ultimate freedom of action, which can be combined with either stand-up controls or top seat on the crane column, all depending on the individual needs.
